Services
Accessible bathroom plumbing
Six jobs, all inside the bathroom. Each starts with the two visits.
Tub-to-shower conversions
We remove the tub, redo the drain and the valve, add blocking for bars and set a shower with a low step or none. The plan says which, and why.
Floor and wall finish named in the plan
Permit pulled when the work needs one
Walk-in and no-step showers
Where the drain sits decides how level the entry can be. On a slab we may cut the floor; over a crawl space we may move the drain. We tell you at the first visit.
Drain moved or floor sloped
Hand shower on a slide bar
Toilets
Taller toilets set on a sound flange, with room beside them for a bar or a helper. We check the floor under the old one before we promise.
Flange and floor checked
Space for a bar planned
Sinks and taps
Lever taps and basins you can reach from a seat, with the drain and supply lines moved where the plan needs them.
Lever handles
Supply lines moved if needed
Showers, valves and hand showers
A valve at a reachable height, a hand shower on a slide bar, and a seat or half wall where the plan puts one.
Pressure-balancing valve
Slide bar set to your height
Grab-bar blocking
Wood goes inside the wall where the plan says a bar belongs, before the wall is closed. We install the bars too.
Heights named in the plan
Bars checked before we leave

What we don't do
Better to say so now than after you have waited for a callback.
Emergencies
We work weekdays by appointment. Water running now needs a plumber who works nights.
Kitchens, basements and sewer lines
Our work stays in the bathroom.
Tile, paint and electrical
The plan lists any of these it includes, and names who does them. Anything it doesn't list is not in the price.
Start with the first visit
Call or text and tell us who the bathroom is for. We will set a weekday time, with your therapist if you have one.
