What this site collects, why, and how to ask us to delete it.
What we collect
When you send the contact form we collect your name, phone number, what you would like help with, who the bathroom is for, and your message. When you call or text, we see your number.
What we use it for
We use it to answer you, to set a visit, and to write your plan and invoice. We do not sell it. We share it only with a supplier when we order a part for your job.
Health details
You may tell us about how you move, or send us a therapist's notes. We use them to write the plan and keep them with your job record. They are not posted anywhere and are not shared except with someone you ask us to send the plan to.
Photos you text us
A photo goes to the office phone. We use it to look at the bathroom before the first visit.
